Appropriate Technology India (AT India), an Indian NGO registered under the Societies Act 1860 has been working in Uttarakhand since 1994 with dual objectives of biodiversity conservation and economic development. These objectives can be achieved only when the local communities secure economic and managerial control over their natural resources and have access to necessary information technical and financial. support. Scope of Work (SoW)

• Supply: Procurement and delivery of all specified equipment to AT India office or designated project location.
• Installation: Complete installation, testing, and commissioning of all supplied equipment.
• Configuration: Installation of operating system, antivirus software, device drivers, and network configuration where applicable.
• Documentation: Provision of user manuals, warranty certificates, and license documents.
• Warranty: Minimum 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty for all supplied equipment.
• Technical Support: Availability of after-sales support during the warranty period.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a registered supplier, distributor, or manufacturer of IT equipment.
• Must possess valid GST registration and PAN.
• Proven experience in supplying similar IT equipment to government departments, NGOs, educational institutions, or corporate organizations.
• Ability to deliver quality products within the stipulated timeline.

4. Documents to be Submitted
Please submit the following along with your quotation:

• Firm Profile / Company Registration Certificate.
• PAN and GST Registration Copies.
• At least two past work orders or client references for similar supplies.
• Quotation on official letterhead duly signed and stamped.

5. Delivery Location
Project villages, Sirmaur District Himachal Pradesh (exact locations to be provided at the time of order placement).

6. Terms and Conditions

• Prices should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, packaging, insurance, and delivery charges.
• AT India reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
• The lowest quote will not be the sole criterion for selection; quality and delivery capacity will also be considered.
